Orders & Pricing

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders within Harare are typically delivered 1–3 business days. Other regions 3–10 business days depending on location. Free delivery applies to orders over $50.00. Standard shipping fee is $5.00.

Returns & Refunds (id="returns")

Unused, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate a return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product specifications are subject to change by manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability

Safety Solutions Zimbabwe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
